How is Torch Listings different from AI writers like ChatGPT?

General AI writers guess from a prompt. Torch Listings builds every line from real evidence — reviews, competitor listings and demand data — and shows the source. The result is defensible, on-brand and Amazon-policy aware.

Where does the data come from?

From your own and competitor reviews, competitor listings, demand data and the brand knowledge in your Knowledge Base. That evidence is the basis for every generated claim.

What happens when evidence is missing?

The field is flagged as "blocked — evidence missing", with a reason. Torch Listings does not fill the gap with an invented claim. Once evidence exists, the field can be regenerated.

Credits are the single currency across every Torch product. The 200-credit charge at analysis start includes the complete market analysis, all listing copy and the first adaptive 5–8 image Gallery, which starts automatically. There is no separate Enhancement fee. Refinements and additional shots are 8 credits each. The free trial's 300 credits cover one complete initial listing with room to refine, and on Launch and above unused credits roll over one month.

Does Torch Listings need its own login?

Yes. Torch Listings runs at listings.torchtechnology.de with a standalone sign-in — separate from the other Torch products. A unified Torch login is planned but not active today.

Does it fit my multi-brand catalogue?

Yes. Several brands run in one workspace, each with its own brand kit. Parent/child variants share common copy, while material, dimensions and EAN come per child from the Knowledge Base.

Is there API and MCP access?

Yes. A REST API v1 and an MCP server with six tools, org-scoped torch_sk_ keys, a {success,data,error} envelope, Idempotency-Key and a dryRun sandbox make programmatic use possible.
